How to Export Your Data

Go to YouTube Studio → Analytics → click "Advanced Mode" (top right)

Set Breakdown to "Date" (click the dropdown, search for "Date")

Click Metrics → check Views, Watch time (hours), and Subscribers → Apply

Set the date range to "Last 365 days"

Click the download icon → Comma-separated values (.csv)

Drop the downloaded .zip file here (no need to unzip!)
Watch hours are measured on a rolling 365-day window. The "Table data.csv" file has everything we need.
